Our stakeholder connection Process

Convening multi-sector partnerships allows diverse voices to drive decisions and change. Raise the Bar® consistently convenes workgroups with representatives from each of the four sectors. Sector representatives may change depending on a workgroup’s topic/purpose, which is why robust partnerships remains an essential element in Raise the Bar’s® work. The collective opinion and direction from those at the table then enable Raise the Bar® to move forward with implementing and/or championing initiatives that impact Hancock County’s residents, employers, and work associates.

Raise the Bar® champions change in between the meetings where sector representatives share their thoughts and hopes for Hancock County’s workforce. Raise the Bar’s® six key responsibilities in workforce development include:
